Setting our
signature standards

Mr. Klein was renowned in his community for his impeccable honesty, so much so that the company’s initial kosher certification consisted of four simple words: “Made by Ephraim Klein.” When consumers saw Mr. Klein’s name on the container, it was their guarantee that the product was as kosher as it was delicious.

Today, Klein’s is kosher-certified by some of the most reliable hechsherim available: Hisachdus and Harav Usher Eckstein of Belz.

Serving joy for
three generations

Mr. Klein was passionate and determined -- and his hard work paid off. In the 1970s his sons Daniel and Abba joined the business, and the third generation of Klein’s entered in the 1990s when grandsons Avigdor and Ari Klein came on board. In 2010, Daniel’s son {name} and his brother Duvid opened the first Ice Cream House parlor.

With three generations of Kleins still involved in the family business, you might say Ephraim Klein’s initiative has turned into a pretty sweet deal.

Foray into other
frozen markets

As kosher demand continues to grow in size and sophistication, Klein’s has continued to expand its product line and expertise. Today, we carry over 200 items, including 21 flavors of dairy ice cream and even more in dairy-free.

Beyond sweet frozen treats, we’ve applied our industry expertise to the production of a full line of frozen foods, included fruits, vegetables, and frozen meals.
